Trot up in a straight line (observing movements);

Examination of the old saddle;

Conclusions and recommendations/solutions for the existing situation;

If desired, selecting a new saddle;

Fitting the new saddle, both standing and ridden.

Duration

A saddle fitting consists of several steps:

A saddle fitting takes about an hour and a half. itting a new saddle can take up to two hours. Make sure you spare enough time for this appointment. Ensure the horse is ready, groomed and not saddled.

Requirements:

A hard, flat surface;

A dry, well-lit place;

N

The current saddle and accessories;

N

The current bridle;

N

A used saddle pad for the respective horse and saddle;

N

Suitable clothing and helmet.

Be prepared

Provide as much information as possible about the horse, saddle, and rider(s) during the initial contact, whether by phone or email.

What is the problem? Would you like a follow up? Would you like to purchase a new saddle? What type of saddle are you looking for? Is the horse currently suffering from infections, fungus, lameness, or other medical issues?

Don’t forget to mention whether or not you have an indoor arena.

After making an appointment, you will receive a form by email. It is important to fill this out as completely as possible and return it to us at least 24 hours before the start of the fitting.
